Your home care plan begins with an in-home walkthrough and review of your property, systems, equipment, and priorities. We then create a tailored annual plan with recommended maintenance, repairs, next steps, estimated hours, expected costs, and likely trades required.

Included in the annual membership
Your membership includes the home care plan, recurring service visits, and up to 30 hours of homecare manager time each year to carry out proactive maintenance, basic repairs, and other approved in-scope work.

When specialized work is needed
When work requires a licensed or specialized professional, your homecare manager can scope the job, obtain quotes, coordinate scheduling, and oversee execution. This support can be covered by your included annual hours or by additional manager time purchased as needed. Third-party labor and non-basic materials are billed separately.
